We are a leading produce distribution company dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality produce to our customers. We're seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient with technology, and have the ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients. The position is very flexible and we're open to either part-time or full-time candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Utilize computer systems to track sales, manage orders, and maintain detailed records.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including email and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
- This position offers a lucrative 100% commission-based pay structure with unlimited earning potential. Commissions are earned as a percentage of the revenue generated by the customers you bring on board and are paid out weekly based on their purchases. For example, our average customer orders about $50,000 of items through us annually, if you're responsible for recruiting them as a customer then you would earn 4.00% of that amount over the course of a year, or $2,000.
