A local restoration and residential construction company is seeking ambitious and driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. You will be meeting with confirmed, warm leads and follow up on sales opportunities. Hours are 3-7pm M-F (Some weekends maybe required) $25/hr plus commission. Reliable transportation is a must.
Qualifications:

Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented
Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
Knowledge of residential construction projects is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Previous in-home sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
Complete assessment of customers’ needs while at their home.
Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers
Deliver interactive sales presentations of products and services to homeowners
Prepare for appointments
Commute to and from appointments
Process sales-related paperwork
