Experienced residential property manager with knowledge of HUD affordable/ low income guidelines needed for
small property with friendly residents. Direct experience with reviewing tenant applications and performing
annual re-certifications required for this position which is available immediately. Yardi experience is helpful, but not required if you have experience with a similar software package. The Regional Manager has a "hands off"
style provided the needs of the property are being met and documents are completed in a timely manner.
NO OVERTIME, WEEKENDS, or EVENINGS; regular M - F 8:30 - 5:00 hours are observed at this property. Good problem solving, listening skills, and organizational abilities will ensure your success.
