Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated On-Site Manager!
We are seeking a capable, professional, and personable Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone with a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation who takes pride in making a visible impact through hands-on property management, excellent communication, and smart problem-solving.
The Community Manager will be the central point of contact for the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and contractors. The ideal candidate brings reliability, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a strong grasp of HOA operations. Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight & Maintenance
Conduct daily inspections of the property and common areas
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
Monitor compliance with community rules and regulations
Address maintenance concerns promptly and effectively
Board & Resident Support:
Serve as the liaison between residents, Board members, and service providers
Prepare reports and updates for Board meetings and attend as required
Facilitate communication with homeowners in both English and Spanish
Administrative & Office Duties:
Maintain organized records and documentation
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Assist with budgets, work orders, violation tracking, and resident notices
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
CMCA designation required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and common sense
Minimum of 5-years experience with condominium or HOA management
Comfortable with basic building maintenance principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
