We are on the hunt for an ambitious and versatile Professional Property Manager with a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation, ready to oversee the day-to-day operations of two distinct condominium properties. As a Multi-Site Professional Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience across two properties. Your mission encompasses the hands-on management of each site, addressing maintenance issues promptly, supporting the General Managers and Boards of Directors, and building strong relationships with residents and unit owners. This role demands a blend of strategic oversight and a personal touch to ensure both communities operate smoothly and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
You will be under the direct supervision of each property's General Manager and the Presidents of the Boards of Directors, with reporting duties to both Boards. This structure ensures a cohesive management strategy that aligns with the unique needs of each condominium.
Skills needed:
Mastery of, or the ability to quickly learn, basic building maintenance operations across different properties
Deep understanding of the nuances of managing multi-unit condominiums
Strong aptitude for balancing multiple priorities and projects
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills
Superior customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills and adaptability to different property management software
Job scope:
Property Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, manage maintenance schedules, and undertake basic minor repairs at both properties, ensuring all aspects of the condominiums are well-cared for and maintained.
Management Support: Serve as a key coordinator for contracted services, enforce community rules, and assist in the administrative operations tailored to the needs of each site.
Administrative & Communication: Offer accessible office hours split between properties, facilitate resident interactions, and uphold the community standards through effective communication and documentation.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
Proven ability to manage complex situations and respond effectively to the diverse needs of multiple properties
High level of emotional intelligence and strategic thinking, with the capability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Physical ability to inspect properties extensively, involving walking, climbing, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Type of Position:
Full-time with a tailored schedule to effectively manage time between the two properties. Some evening work required for meetings and community events at both sites.
