Administrative Assistant position open for busy HVAC Company. Note: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Salary and benefits to be discussed with interested individual. Some remote work is possible.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Accurate Data Entry (using Quickbooks Desktop)
A/P: Vendor Invoices, Credits, Warranty Claims, etc.
A/R: Record customer payments received against work orders and invoices
Customer data (work orders, proposals, etc.)
Maintain Residential Maintenance Agreement Program
Handles Advertising (periodic, with the owner, using MS Publisher and already established ads and schedules)
Orders job equipment, office supplies, uniforms, etc. on an as needed basis.
Very little phone work required.
Support to the owner with various tasks as needed.
