Small non-profit seeks a part-time Office Assistant to support its daily operations!
You will:
-Process and deposit checks from individual and corporate donors
-Update and maintain donor records (EveryAction database)
-Answer phones, greet visitors and guests
You are:
-Comfortable working in an office 100% with a small team
-Someone with at least 1 year of professional office/admin experience (relevant internships okay)
-Reliable, flexible, organized, and discreet
-Good technology skills: MS Office and database experience
