Shop Operations Manager
Work hours 07:00 – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
Weekends or after hours if required.
Typically Weekends and holidays we are closed, but exceptions occur.
Spanish speaking a plus
Duties
Coordinate counter sales with shop schedules
Coordinate shop production with client schedules
Confirm processes and colors are correct
Order shop supplies and materials
Verify and document safety compliance daily
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work place
Verify materials inventory for each project
Read drawings and verify masking and coatings information
Interact with customers
Confirm quantities of customer’s materials
Track performance on specific jobs
Work alongside all employees for additional support if needed
Assist with bid documents
Document and coordinate incoming materials
Work with each department on quality control requirements
Write reports
Counter sales person when needed
Shop safety coordinator
Drive forklift
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Walking

Microsoft word
Excel spread sheets
Microsoft office
Work apparel
Clean and neat
Blue jeans or similar suitable for temperature & task
Work shoes or work boots
Safety Equipment
Hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection will be available as needed
