Virginia Outdoor Power Equipment in Fairfax, VA is looking for a dedicated person to fill an immediate opening in our Repair Shop/Storage Yard. Our candidate will have great attendance and attention to detail. We need a dedicated employee who is looking for their next career. This position comes with a competitive wage, Paid Time Off (PTO), and holidays.
Starting salary $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Job Summary:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Assist with the organization of the storage areas and equipment.
Assist with the assembly of new machines (lawn mowers, string trimmers, chain saws, etc.).
Cleaning show room, repair shop, emptying trash, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Regularly required to climb, bend, stoop, and reach; push, pull, carry, grasp, handle; and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Occasionally required to sit; and lift up to 100 lbs.
· Work performed primarily both inside and outside and occasionally with possible exposure to extreme weather.
Candidate will be subject to complete background check and pass substance abuse screening.
