Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects on water, fire, smoke, and odor mitigation.
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure exceptional service.
Implement cost-effective strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and assessments.
Prepare detailed project documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience in disaster restoration or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license.
IICRC certifications are preferred.
An associate's degree is preferred but not required.
