Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and effective communication are essential? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Construction Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients promptly upon notice-to-proceed and provide them with tentative project start-up schedules within 48 hours.

Determine if the client has a Service Agreement SA and proceed accordingly.

Follow standardized scheduling protocols for daily and weekly client interactions after initial contact.

Maintain real-time updates on the scheduling calendar and communicate commitments as they are made.

Utilize qualification worksheets for all incoming phone calls and determine estimator is required for estimating purposes.

Submit standard flat-rate time and material proposals to clients who do not require a site visit from an estimator.

Follow up on all submitted proposals to close business.

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.

Provide takeoffs and cost estimating.

Carry out daily operational tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

Facilitate communication between office and field staff.

Track and report project status updates directly to the project manager.

Problem-solve issues and suggest improvements for the project.

Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.

Enter information into and manage digital project databases.

Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications.

Help create, manage, and maintain project budgets.

Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks.

Schedule and confirm deliveries to field staff.

Create and adhere to project timelines and calendars.

Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.

Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.

Maintain positive vendor and client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Previous experience in construction coordination or related field is a plus.
