Very small shop in Falls Church looking for daytime help, 12 noon til 4:00, optimally 3 or 4 days a week.
We serve Ice Cream, Brewed Coffee, Hot and Frozen Espresso Drinks, Fruit Smoothies.
Previous food or customer service would be nice.
Not part of a chain.
Looking for a Customer first attitude. There are times you will have to study or scroll, read, etc. But Customers and Shop first.
Responsibilities include welcoming customers, Educating customers about our Farm Made Ice Cream, Taking customer's orders, Preparing orders, Ice Cream, Coffee, Espresso, Smoothies, etc. promptly and correctly. Collecting payment and making accurate change.
Cleaning machinery and utensils as needed.
Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment at times
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Maintain and improve the appearance of store and prep area
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and on time.
