APPLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING
Oversees housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
-Manage staff, assign tasks, and conduct training.
-Ensure cleanliness standards through inspections and supply management.
-Coordinate with other departments and address guest concerns.
-Develop staff and enforce safety procedures.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-2 years of supervisory experience.
-Bilingual: English and Spanish
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Authorization to work in the US
Working Conditions:
-Indoor work environment.
-May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
