Hawk and Griffin Public House is looking for a Head Chef to lead an experienced kitchen staff in a vibrant and unique British gastro pub.
Our pub fare is a balance of traditional British dishes and Chef created specials.
Requirements of position:
The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
Organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of a kitchen
In-depth knowledge of all the sections in a kitchen to efficiently manage operations
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team
Ability to manage a budget
Creativity and superior culinary skills to create exceptional dishes for Hawk & Griffin's menu
Fluency in Spanish
