As Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, help develop new menu items, ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene, and play a key role in mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Responsibilities include managing food prep and service during busy shifts, maintaining inventory and kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
