Deli Italiano Group is looking for General Managers and Shift Leaders
The General manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the restaurant. By carefully adhering to company standards, the GM ensures maximized profitability and efficiency in all areas including inventory, food preparation, service times, customer relations, storefront maintenance, recruiting, hiring and training of staff, and other duties as required. The General Manager is tasked with perpetuating a positive, safe, and efficient work environment for the entire store team.

Additional (Non-Required) Qualifications
· Experience with Restaurant Point of Sales equipment
· Experience with Project Management and Accountability software
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
· Valid Food Handlers License
