Fast Casual Franchise Restaurant in downtown Fairfax, VA seeks a dynamic and hardworking General Manager. The General Manager oversees daily operations, manages staff development and drives an exceptional guest experience, based on a commitment to quality, service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities are wide-ranging, including:
1) Managing a staff of 15-20.
2) Recruiting, training and developing staff.
3) Directing front-of–house and back-of-house operations and coordinating between the two.
4) Performing scheduling.
5) Managing budgets and controlling costs.
6) Enforcing compliance with all health, safety and operational policies.
7) Organizing an environment that is both professional and welcoming to guests.
Required Qualifications Include:
Proven significant experience as a General Manager.
Leadership and team building skills.
Desire for a long-term position in food service.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to function in a high-pressure environment.
This is a full-time position. Pay is negotiable and very competitive, including salary, regular bonuses and paid time off. The successful candidate will undergo a industry-leading training and QSR concept that will last five weeks outside the area. All expenses plus salary for this training will be paid.
