Seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Top-performing, guest-driven casual dining restaurant that operates across all three dayparts: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a commitment to high standards, warm hospitality, and seamless operations, we’re looking for a highly experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience while driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Core Requirements
Currently in an AGM role within a casual dining (non-hotel, non-contract foodservice, upscale highly preferred) environment
3+ years experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong front-of-house leadership, team motivation, and guest service excellence
Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple dayparts (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Stable work history: no more than 3 jobs in the past 6 years, or 4 in the past 9 years
