Real Estate marketing company seeks a drafter capable of producing measured sketches of upcoming listings. Floor Plan Specialist in the Fairfax/Loudoun County (or nearby) area will work independently Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, hours vary by season dependent on client appointment requests.
Are you an experienced drafter or an artistic individual? As a drafter for BTW images, you’ll visit real estate listings in order to hand draw and measure their floor plan layout. The specialist’s role is to provide accurate measurements with a laser measurer and translate them into a hand drafted floor plan while giving our clients a positive and professional experience.
NOTE: This is a 1099 position, applicants must have/acquire a LLC within 30 days of initial hire. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. MUST BE LOCATED IN/AROUND FAIRFAX COUNTY.
Compensation starts at $72 per hand-drafted floor plan
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measure and hand draw residential and commercial floor plans with details based on project specs and company standards
- Work with clients to provide high quality product to suit their general needs
- Must be organized and be able to self-manage deadlines
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Experience with drawing and/or hand drafting
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid understanding of home construction a plus
- Good general computer skills
- Good communication skills, must be able to speak clearly with clients
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with other staff and clients in a constructive manner
- Access to high speed internet connection
- Reliable transportation
