Established Small Architecture & Engineering Company, seeking a Architectural CAD Drafter who can work independently in a team setting. Candidates should exhibit knowledge in CAD & experience in architectural layout design.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in architectural design draft in commercial project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Written and oral communication skills required architectural directives.
- Experience in commercial projects.
- Honest, dependable and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Create design documents from existing conditions, schematic design through construction administration.
- Help to facilitate communication with the Project Architect.
- Coordinate with project Architect & Engineer in house.
