THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Customer Engagement - Customer and Partner Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Maintain customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts and strive to do what's right for our customers.Play a pivotal role in transaction management activities by partnering with various internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division. May participate in the relationship management of lender partners and/or select borrower relationships. Promote and sell Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.Provide support for operational activities.Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations for teams across the organization.
