Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will consult and focuses efforts on strategic planning and execution for Fannie Mae or business units within the organization. In this role, you will coordinate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution, as well as engage project teams and stakeholders to advance business initiatives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise - Strategy - Principal role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Lead a data workstream to ensure timely and accurate data collection, quality analysis, and delivery to FHFA as requested
Lead the implementation of a strategic solution to improve and automate the existing processes and systems that support the data workstream
Lead collaboration and socialization of the data workstream to ensure all stakeholders, including FHFA, are aware of workstream statuses and governance activities
Manage other assigned workstreams to ensure timely program execution of resolution planning requirements, including the biennial resolution plan submissions to FHFA and related regulatory obligations
Draft well-written resolution-specific materials, such as biennial plans, playbooks, and governance documents that range in subjects from communications to reporting to financial projections
Collaborate with the team, regulators, and internal partners on the unit's production, activities, and efforts
Facilitate meetings with senior executives and present well-written and organized status updates on various workstreams
Collaborate with management on implementing strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise.
Guide management through strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives.
Research and consult with management on resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives.
Collaborate with your team and internal partners on unit's production, activities, and efforts.
Partner with management on process improvement opportunities, as well as the day-to-day operations, including: financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, talent strategy and management, governance, and negotiations. You may assist in implementing new processes and/or updating existing processes.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences
At least 8 years of relevant and related experience
Experience with third party contract management
Experience with timely program execution of resolution planning requirements, particularly with biennial resolution plan submissions to FHFA and related regulatory obligations
Desired Experiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience working with regulators and internal partners
