We are looking for a talented individual to join our team. The individual will perform the role of Office Administrator and perform clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting, and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff. The individual will be based in our Grand Junction, CO office and work at the front desk. Work hours are semi-flexible.
You MUST currently live in the Grand Junction, CO area, relocation will not be provided. Work hours are semi-flexible and may be part or full time based on experience and expertise.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative experience
Accurate typing skills
40 WPM or faster
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of data entry databases
Strong organization skills
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to learn new software and web applications
Experience with accounting software, accounts payable/receivable is preferred
Preferred Education:
High school diploma or GED is required
