We are looking for a talented individual to join our team. The individual will perform the role of Executive Administrator and perform administrative duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include planning, conducting, analyzing, and managing administrative assignments including building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff. This position is responsible for a wide range of office management and executive level administrative duties. The work requires higher levels of discretion and may be critical and sensitive in nature. This position includes formulating procedures, maintaining document control, task follow-up, coordination of assignments. The individual should be able to independently organize meetings, and prioritize daily activities and schedules,

The individual will be based in our Grand Junction, CO office and work at the front desk. Work hours are semi-flexible and may be part or full time based on experience and expertise.

You MUST currently live in the Grand Junction, CO area, relocation will not be provided.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of executive administrative experience

Accurate typing and grammar skills

Solid ability to develop, understand, and edit various types of documents

Strong problem solver, and the ability to approach problems and identify solutions

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Intermediate understanding of data entry databases

Strong organization and records management skills

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete complex tasks efficiently and thoroughly

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Ability to learn new software and web applications

Experience with accounting software, accounts payable/receivable is preferred

Preferred Education:

High school diploma or GED is required

AA, Administrative, or Finance certificate preferred
