CDOR Values Description of JobThe Lottery's mission is to maximize the proceeds from Lottery game sales to support the Lottery's beneficiaries for the good of all Coloradans. The Marketing team is responsible for the Colorado Lottery brand and develops, deploys and promotes the portfolio of Scratch and Jackpot games of the Colorado Lottery to maximize proceeds for the people of Colorado. We're hiring a collaborative and strategic communicator to be our Scratch Games Product Manager at the Lottery! You will use your excellent communication skills to work with internal and external teams through many details related to Scratch Game Products. You will manage the entire Scratch Game Product lifecycle from ideation of products, development, strategic planning and product launches to analyzing and reporting on product data. This position must be comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to stakeholders, such as at Commission Meetings. If you're able to focus on the day to day details but also strategize the long range goals of a product, then this job may be for you! Primary duties:

Act as the project leader responsible for the ideation, strategic development of Scratch games product plan, game development, product positioning, product launch management, game execution, Scratch ticket printing/re-printing, and Scratch category communications of Scratch product lifecycles.

Responsible for Scratch game ticket designs by vendors, developing game prize structures, securing signed working papers, acquiring approval from the Lottery Commission, ticket printing and delivery on a timely basis, and sales performance tracking of tickets.

Guide development of new scratch games that meet guidelines for responsible gaming development.

Plan, analyze and report product and price point mix of Scratch products to ensure product portfolio is optimal.

Monitor sales performance and inventory levels of all Scratch games in the market and make recommendations.

Develop the Scratch product launch schedule to adhere to planned and scheduled game launches based on market and inventory needs.

Manage all primary and secondary Scratch ticket vendor contracts and reports any performance issues.

This position reports to the Lottery office in Lakewood approximately once a month, or more if needed. This position might travel to conferences or commission meetings as requested.

Conditions of Employment with the Colorado Department of Revenue :
