Description:
Manages a team of change management professionals, and supports that team as they integrate change management activities into project plans.
Actively engages in initiatives and projects, as allocated and assigned. Serves as a senior change management resource to executives, senior leaders, managers, projects and initiatives.
Creates and implements change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and use of new processes, projects and technologies.
Incorporates change management best practices and strategies into an overall change management methodology for use by company associates.
Integrates activities with Process & Change Management group associates to ensure seamless delivery of process, change and training services and support.
Develops operational reports on change management staff assignments, allocations, budgets and capacity.
Advises on staff skill enhancement needs and opportunities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have:
8+ years of Change Management, Communications, Project Management, Organizational Development or other relevant experience
5+ years leading change initiatives and/or change management teams
Formal change management training such as certifications or course work
Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Organizational Development or other relevant discipline
Collaboration skills, critical thinking, communication, organized and deadline oriented
Accustomed to working with confidential information
Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours
Some travel may be required
Nice to Have:
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, LaMarsh) preferred
Graduate degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or other relevant discipline preferred
Management/supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of business process management and organizational training preferred
Proven experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives, and a solid understanding of organizational development theory
Experience in developing and delivering training curriculums in support of large scale and technical change initiatives
