We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Permanent Light Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our permanent lighting systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their lighting solutions are installed efficiently and operate flawlessly. You must have a valid driver’s license, comfortable working on ladders, comfortable working at heights, and comfortable working with power tools.
Set up and install permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on installed lighting systems. Diagnose and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Interact with clients professionally and courteously. Provide exceptional service and support, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and maintenance. Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standard.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lighting installation or a related field is preferred.
- Able to work efficiently and safely on ladders and rooftops
- Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and components.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
