Respond to all emergency and urgent calls for HVAC repair.
Know what needs fixed and get it done.
Respect the customers and treat them fairly and with respect.
Complete regularly scheduled maintenances for customers with contracts.
Assist with any and all jobs as requested by managers.
Communicate with dispatch and management at all times
