- The contractor will conduct a crosswalk of web content hosted on the primary website and other content hosted on legacy, partner, or other websites. The Contractor will begin this work with the website, which includes approximately 250-300 individual pages.
- Drafting combined versions of content that is currently duplicated between the company website and other websites. Templates for these combined drafts will be provided by the staff and may be in Microsoft Word, Excel, or other formats. These drafts will be written to eliminate duplicate text and content but maintain all substantive information and content contained on either website.
- Prepares content from the company website and other websites for migration to the new R&D web platform. This task may include: coordinating with the staff to identify and mark content that is out of date, duplicated, or otherwise does not require migration to the new website (either manually or through existing Content Review Tools); and entering content into templates or other formats to facilitate migration.

During and following migration to the new R&D web platform, the Contractor will review migrated pages to ensure content is displaying correctly and make corrections as needed.
- The Contractor may also manually enter some pages into the new website, including pages that are not feasible to migrate automatically, require substantial revision to display correctly, or need to be shifted to a new content type. This work will be conducted in the Drupal 9 content management system.
