RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is hiring an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Technical Customer Manager to support our enterprise client in the Consumer Electronics & Technology Industry located in Fort Collins, CO. Customers use our client's products in their landscape to produce industry leading and life changing technology. Our client's workstation products are used in healthcare, media, entertainment, etc.

Summary:In this role, the OEM Technical Customer Manager will manage the relationship with our client's customers. They will have high engagement with customers with the responsibility to properly articulate the customers requests with our client's R&D organization. The Technical Engagement Manager will successfully manage expectations while coordinate between organizations to deliver solutions to our client's customers. This team is not designing or creating a product but more driving a mini business with a focus on customer relationship management.

Responsibilities: Run biweekly or weekly sessions with the account Might have to deal with planning, work with regulatory folks Understand the workflow Provide levels of guidance of what is coming in updates, what they will need to migrate to Understands of technical know-how around workstation Understand how workstations work and what they are built to do

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (-the Act-) (C.R.S. S 8-5-101 et seq.), Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors, including Kforce client requirements where applicable, is between $35-$37 an hour based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer management, category management or high motivation to excel in this area Interest in the PC/technology industry Understand the idea of a -workstations- or supercomputer Good balance of the technical skills but then highly customer facing skills; These are some large, big customers and you have to show them customer first but then you also have to be able to secure confidence in your technical ability Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
