We are looking for a project manager assistant to join our general contracting team. Skills we are looking for are as follows:
- Administrative Tasks (google sheets, google documents, logging daily tasks in software)
- Highly Organized
- Communication skills verbally and written
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Sense of Urgency

Role and responsibilities- visiting job sites to ensure the schedule is staying on track, taking and uploading photos, talking to subcontractors on status of the work they are completing, logging events on jobs in our software, following the schedule for a job by reaching out to subs to ensure they are coming on the right days, ordering materials, communication with clients and the senior PM, tracking permits, sitting on inspections.
