We’re a growing masonry contractor looking for an organized, driven, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership of the back-end operations and help set projects up for success from day one.
About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in managing the behind-the-scenes workflow of our jobs. From submittals to samples, you’ll help make sure everything is dialed in and ready for our lead field superintendent to take the baton. You’ll also be one of the faces of our company, working directly with suppliers, general contractors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, track, and manage submittals and approvals
Run samples to job sites or design teams
Handle project coordination and communication with vendors and GCs
Assist in organizing project documents and plans
Coordinate with upper management to ensure smooth project handoff
Help with general admin and scheduling tasks
Represent our company professionally with respect and kindness, while also knowing when to stand firm
What We're Looking For:
Experience in construction or project coordination is a big plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work closely with a tight-knit team
Reliable, proactive, and professional demeanor
A willingness to learn and take initiative
Compensation:
