Duties
- Manage calendars, coordinate and schedule customer appointments
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a well-organized workspace, including files/records
- Create estimates, and invoices
Requirements
- Bilingual/Spanish
- Experience operating Quickbooks Online
- Experience with Apple devices
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior proven experience in a similar role and references is required
