Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D2782000 and is part of the CO JFHQ G4, National Guard. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Supply Management Specialist in a developmental capacity. This is a developmental position leading to the next position of a Supply Management Specialist, GS-2003-11. Responsibilities Performs developmental assignments of moderately difficult and complex nature consisting of well-precedented tasks designed to orient the employee in the application of supply programs and activities. Performs recurring assignments. Independently performs work assignments which gradually increase in difficulty and complexity. Carries out special projects and participates in special initiatives and studies. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: E-5 thru O-3 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. If education or a degree is required as part of the "Specialized Experience", you must include transcripts. You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include specialized experience in your resume. Must have at least 24 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following: 1. Experience dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. 2. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Education Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience - Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university, meets 6 months Specialized Experience.
