Description Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes on a Credentialing and Payer Enrolment Specialist opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our client's organization and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the healthcare industry. As a Credentialing and Payer Enrollment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the credentialing and enrollment process, ensuring that healthcare providers are properly credentialed with various insurance payers and government agencies. You will be responsible for managing the entire credentialing lifecycle, from initial application submission to ongoing maintenance and updates. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex credentialing and enrollment requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Credential and enroll new therapists with current commercial and state medical panels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Submit applications for Medicaid approval in states where expansion is sought, and diligently track progress until approval is obtained.

Facilitate credentialing for new hires, collecting all necessary information for enrollment with current commercial and Medicaid panels, and affiliating them with existing group contracts.

Complete all applications and follow up until completion, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.

Document processes step by step for process improvement and documentation purposes.

Utilize digital systems, including Salesforce, for secure storage and management of sensitive credentialing data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment, with a focus on Medicaid programs and commercial panels.

Certification as a Payer Enrollment Specialist (PESC) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.

Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with the landscape of the environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure precision and accuracy in credentialing processes.

Proficiency in organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to internal systems quickly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build confidence and trust with stakeholders.

Proven track record of successful credentialing and enrollment outcomes, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
