Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in CENTENNIAL, Colorado. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and managerial tasks, including assisting with HR duties, managing calendar schedules, and overseeing office supplies and vendor relations. Responsibilities: Assist with HR administrative duties and help in entering new hires into the benefits system. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and interact with the Senior Leadership team. Provide administrative assistance such as drafting emails, memos, and preparing communications. Lead procurement and maintenance of office supplies and infrastructure. Manage and evaluate office vendors, including overseeing billing and contracts with various service providers. Answer and return phone calls in a professional manner; greet and host office visitors for client and partnership meetings. Use Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks including data entry and tracking. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate meetings and manage office calendars using Microsoft Outlook. Draft correspondence using Microsoft Word and perform data management tasks using Microsoft Excel. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook. Excellent calendar management and meeting coordination skills. Ability to draft correspondence and communicate effectively. Experience in order office supplies and vendor management.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination Ability to draft professional correspondence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with ordering office supplies and managing inventory Experience in vendor management and negotiation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High level of organization and attention to detail Must be adaptable to changes in a fast-paced office environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
