Overview and Essential FunctionsPauley Construction has a fantastic opportunity available! We are looking for a Office Coordinator to work out of our Centennial, Colorado office. The position of Office coordinator will be responsible for overall office duties. Must also manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages and greeting customers. This is a Part-time position (22 hours) that offers many great benefits and growth opportunity. Overview: This position will be responsible for overall office duties. This position may assist with a variety of duties such as finalizing payroll for field purposes; assisting with As-Builts; doing quality checks on paperwork that will be submitted for paperwork and assisting with field operations as directed by the manager. Depending upon the department this position is structured within, this role may help with a wide variety as well as specific set of systems which may include, but not limited to: various engineering and tracking software, billing and reporting software and/or payroll reporting software. Responsibilities: Position available consists of general office duties consisting of and related to:

Must be able to manage standard office duties such as answering phone calls and returning messages and greeting customers.

This position assumes all clerical tasks to accurately maintain and report items as required by local operations and corporate

Act as point of contact for corporate and local operations management to ensure all processes are being completed accurately and timely.

Maintaining organized records at the operations office.

Assist with new hire and onboarding procedures and documentation

Assisting with purchase orders

Interfacing with vendors

Handling Cintas orders and Inspections

Maintaining gas card receipts

Handle JHA review and upload processes.

Handle incoming mail

Ordering and stocking supplies as needed for office

Pull prints and work orders.

May be cross-trained on operations permit process

May assist Human Resources with basic new hire and onboarding processes.

Basic ability to use standard office equipment (printer, fax, computer, scanner)

Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)

Other tasks/duties as assigned by corporate and/or local operations.

QualificationsQualifications:

General office experience including filing, data entry and the ability to

Blue stake experience preferred but not required

Must be able to effectively communicate with team and maintain positive attitude.

Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)

Must have reliable transportation

Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.

Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.

Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

Must possess excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Duties outlined in this position will require the employee to stand, crouch, sit, bend, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low. The employee may be standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding or stooping

The noise level in the work environment for this position is low.

Employees performing functions of this position are occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions which can include but is not limited to: extreme heat and cold temperatures; inclement weather such as rain, snow, sleet and dust as well as adverse driving conditions including wet roads, icy roads, and fog.

Employees performing these job functions may be required to lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required to perform this job include but are not limited to: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and/or far as needed.
