Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Studio Assistant to support our operations with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our studio's daily operations, including administrative duties, social media management, and merchandise handling. Estimated 10 hours/ week of misc work. with the opportunity for more as the studio continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the studio (sweep, water plants, mop once a week, replace water jugs).
Manage inventory (gloves, cleaning solutions etc) by ordering and organizing supplies (amazon).
Create content for our studio's Instagram page, including photos, videos, and captions.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as designing stickers, T-shirts, and managing our online store.
Support administrative tasks such as organizing flash tattoo days and responding to some emails.
Assisting the owner (Molly) with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, for content creation and posting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
