The Restaurant Server provides exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position works in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tables while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness to guest needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1st, 2025.  Essential Job Functions/Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all guests are served in a timely and professional mannerEnsure tables are set, condiments are stocked and menus are clean and updatedStack and polish glassware and silverUse sales techniques to suggest additional items and enhance the guest experienceProvide alcoholic beverage service to guests as well as non-alcoholic and hot beveragesOperate POS system and handle cash/credit transactionsExpedite food from kitchen to guest while maintaining cleanliness of serving equipmentMaintain positive communication with service and kitchen staff; Make manager aware of guest’s comments and complaintsParticipate in daily cleaning operations for the restaurant, which can include checking bathrooms are clean, mopping, sweeping, vacuumingOther duties as assigned
