Food & Beverage Attendant - Winter 25-26

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for positive guest interactions by welcoming guests, handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1st, 2025. Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, to include housekeeping functions for restaurant and restroom areasEngage with guests, helping as needed to ensure their needs are metUtilize a point of sale (POS) system to accurately charge guests, apply discountsAlert Restaurant Manager to discrepancies with pricing or other guest concerns/commentsClean and clear tables efficiently, pre-bussing items at busy times to be able to turn tables quicklyEnsure all food items are stocked and alert manager to items which are out of stockMove tables, chairs, bus stations to facilitate housekeeping and snow removalMaintain cleanliness of bus stations to include removal of trash, recyclingComplete tasks and projects delegated by your manager and assist other departments as business volumes and staff levels demandOther duties as assigned
