Spa Administrative Assistant
Summary
The Spa Administrative Assistant performs, coordinates and oversees technical and office administrative duties in support of the Spa Director and management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment, and storage.
2. Managing inventory of spa retail and professional products and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors), ordering and submitting invoices to finance.
3. Politely and professionally converse with clients and respond to all inquiries.
4. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
5. Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings that the Spa Director attends or organizes.
6. Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
7. Complete additional duties as assigned by the Spa Director.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work accurately and within deadlines and make decisions quickly.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Computer Skills
Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows - advanced level
