Personal Assistant to the Chief Product Officer (Part-Time)
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Schedule: 10–15 hours/week

We’re looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a blend of organizational, household, and personal tasks. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives on helping others stay organized, and enjoys ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is an on-site role based in Agoura Hills. Reliable transportation is required. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, or Woodland Hills.
This is a 3-month part-time engagement to start, with the potential to extend by mutual agreement based on performance and evolving needs.

Travel Coordination
Plan and manage domestic and international travel for both business and personal purposes, including booking flights, accommodations, preparing itineraries, and assisting with packing as needed
Household Support & Errands
Perform grocery shopping and assist with basic meal preparation
Handle returns, restock household supplies, and manage regular purchases
Water indoor/outdoor plants and ensure general household tidiness (note: deep cleaning is handled by professional cleaners)
Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up for maintenance and car washes
Schedule and oversee household maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
Manage miscellaneous errands, such as mailing packages, returns, and item pickups
Pet Care
Walk dog and accompany them to local parks as needed
Assist with scheduling veterinary or grooming appointments when necessary
Scheduling & Organization
Book health, wellness, and personal appointments
Maintain a well-organized, stocked, and efficiently run home environment
Provide ongoing support to create a welcoming, clutter-free space
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a personal assistant or household management role
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal direction
Flexible and adaptable with a consistent weekly schedule
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with light household duties, errands, and coordination
Tech-savvy enough to manage digital calendars and simple scheduling tools
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
Our target rate for this position is $25-$35/hr. Compensation will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
