Description: Seeking a reliable and organized Personal/Administrative Assistant to provide in-home support in Ojai, CA. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, errands, and light household management to help streamline daily operations.
Responsibilities: Manage schedules, appointments, take boxes to shipping store and emails/phone calls
Run errands
Organize paperwork and maintain records
Assist with light household tasks (e.g., coordinating deliveries, managing vendors)
Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements: Located in or able to commute to Ojai, CA (93023)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with tools like iCalendar, Mac Mail, Microsoft Office, or similar
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional
Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferred
Background check and references required
