I’m looking for a smart, grounded, and physically capable female personal assistant to help manage daily tasks in a fast-moving work environment. This is a practical, behind-the-scenes role supporting a busy artist with a full schedule.
Minimum height requirement is 5'6 for workplace safety as ladders and step stools cannot be used. You must be strong enough to move light furniture and equipment on a regular basis. This is not a sit-at-a-desk job. You’ll be helping with physical tasks, organizing things, and making sure operations run smoothly.
Please do not apply if you are an artist or looking for a creative opportunity. This job is strictly about support, logistics, and dependability. I need someone who is naturally organized, follows instructions well, learns technical skills FAST and does not need to be micromanaged.

This is not a creative collaboration and not a stepping stone into the arts. It’s a real job with real responsibility.
Hours: 8:30- 4 or 5 pm on M,W,F
Location: Newbury Park
Pay: $30 an hour to start
