We are currently looking to hire for a full and part time position in our Order Desk Sales Department. We promote from within, so get your foot in the door! Order Desk Sales Agent whose principle duties include receiving and handling incoming ACD calls and provide exemplary customer assistance.
Responsibilities:
Salesmanship
Provide courteous and expedient service.
Direct order entry, and follow-up on existing orders
Escalate orders when necessary
Verify all input pertinent to order
Answer customer inquiries to include pricing, shipping and availability
Process and support assigned showroom inquiries and reports
Various filing duties, report and email distribution
Screen calls and refer customers to other departments or supervisor as required
Process credit card payments via third party processor
Track orders using UPS
Additional qualifications to apply:
Exposure to Windows Office Programs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service demeanor with a professional presentation
Good organizational skills with strength in the attention to detail, accuracy a must
