We are looking for a world-class Customer Service Representative and our goal is to hire a career-minded person that is looking to join our office support team.

We have a great team and are looking for another Customer Service Rep who will proudly represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

This is the perfect career for someone with phone experience in the service industry who has prior experience in a customer focused, administrative role.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer phone calls, answer questions and resolve any product or service related issues for customers, occasionally follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Dispatch route drivers and service technicians as needed to assist customers with product delivery, equipment installation or repairs

Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information

Customer Service & multi-line telephone experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees, external customers, and vendors

Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, fun working environment

Job Requirements:

Must be dependable and reliable

Experience handling high volume of calls in a service related industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly, work independently and think proactively

Strong attention to detail and work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Positive, winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction

Advanced skills in organizing and time management

Ability to multi-task

Knowledge of driving times within and around cities within the branch geography

Ability to adapt to any new situations as they arise.
