Admin Assistant / Customer Service for Non-Profit

Part-Time Customer Service Representative needed for 30 year old non-profit focused on funding for independent filmmakers.

We need someone primarily to answer phones and emails and assist with administrative tasks and errands, in person at our Oxnard office, Monday-Friday from 10-3pm

Compensation is $20/hour as an independent contractor with paid training.

Experience in film industry or production is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Answering emails and phone calls during office hours related to our services

Tech support for our various programs and fundraising platform

Various administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and research

Order processing, payment tracking

Occasional errands

Ideal if candidate can help with updating website and social media pages

Must be experienced with MS Office / Google Suite, Outlook

Ideal candidate is experienced with or willing to learn – Constant Contact, Wordpress, Social Media Platforms, Canva or Photoshop, Fundraising Platforms

Ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills and follow through. We are seeking someone who has a passion for film and a sincere desire to be of service to our filmmaker clients. Opportunity has potential to grow into long term position for right candidate. Partial remote work is possible after training.
