Description:

Title: Legal Support Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm PST

Firstsource is a leading provider of transformational outsourcing solutions and services spanning the customer lifecycle across Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services, Communications, Media, Technology, and more. Our Thousand Oaks, California location is a nationally recognized asset-recovery company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.

Be extremely organized.

Be able to work well under pressure.

Be dependable, responsible and punctual.

The position entails, but is not limited to, data entry, document retrieval, and mail preparation.

Requires 40 hours per week with possible overtime

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to always present oneself in a professional and courteous manner

Ability to stay on task with little supervision

Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment

Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office
