We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to assist with administrative and office support tasks.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
-Handle email and inbox management
-Order and track office supplies
-Organize files, documents, and office workflows
-Use Monday.com to manage tasks and projects
-Create and edit visuals in Photoshop and Canva
-Utilize Google Suite for administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Google Suite, and Monday.com
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Experience with email management and scheduling
-Ability to order and track office supplies efficiently
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work
independently and with the team
