The Project Coordinator Administrative Assistant will be working with our Project Coordinators and customers to reach a successful project from start to finish.
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
$20.00-$25.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Gather information for our in-house team (CAD, PC, Purchasing, and Shop Managers) to help guide them through the production and installation process.
Carry out administrative functions associated with our Project Coordinator department.
Act as a liaison between Project Coordinators, CAD department, and Purchasing.
Assist the Project Coordinator with estimates and work orders for the shop.
Help track project details and material deliveries and scheduling.
Assist the Project Coordinator in communication between clients and General Contractors.
Qualifications:
1 year of administrative experience working in a fast paced environment
Able to manage and track multiple projects
Able to build rapport with clients
Proficient in MS Office
Customer service oriented
